1. *Guarantee for Composite Veneers*:
- A one-year guarantee is provided for composite veneers.
- In the case of minor issues, such as a lost corner or a slight crack, Hollywood Smiles Colombia reserves the right to perform repairs instead of a complete replacement.
2. *Guarantee for Porcelain Veneers and Other Treatments*:
- An extended five-year guarantee is offered for porcelain veneers and any other treatments
- Clients must retain the defective porcelain veneer, as it will be reattached if necessary.
3. *Repayment, Deposit, and Misuse Cases*:
- Due to the nature of the service, no full refund will be granted.
- Any deposit made during the treatment reservation is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- In cases of extreme misuse, such as opening beer caps or excessive testing of the veneer, the guarantee will not apply if the porcelain veneer is damaged or missing.
4. *Replacement and Repair Process*:
- For composite veneers, repairs may be carried out for minor issues instead of a complete replacement. These repairs will be performed in Quebec by a local dentist in partnership with Hollywood Smiles Colombia.
- Clients have the option to redo any veneer or treatment by returning to Colombia, where a new porcelain veneer can be crafted.
5. *Warranty Exclusions*:
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow recommended post-treatment care.
6. *Communication and Claims*:
- All warranty or refund requests must be addressed in writing to our customer service within the stipulated deadlines.
7. *Additional Note for U.S. Residents*:
- For residents of the United States, it is necessary to return to Colombia as Hollywood Smiles Colombia does not have established dentists in the United States.
